This is a performance based sales role where you’ll work inbound, high intent renter leads and be trained to close at a high level.
This role is fully remote after initial in office training.

What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with warm, pre qualified renter leads
- Run discovery, present options, and close leases
- Book and manage property tours
- Deliver a high end, concierge client experience
- Manage your pipeline with strong attention to detail and consistent daily follow up
- Develop elite level sales and negotiation skills

- Highly detail oriented and organized
- Relentless follow up habits and ability to stay on top of every lead daily
- Coachable and able to execute quickly
- Professional presence and high standards
- Reliable transportation, phone, and laptop required
