I had a fantastic experience working with Austin O. to find the perfect apartment home for my move to Denver. I was pretty overwhelmed by the number of options, and not knowing the area, was not sure where exactly I should move. After living in many traditional apartment complexes, I was also hoping for something more unique. I could not have asked for a better person to support this search! Austin was very quick to provide options and schedule tours. The units he suggested were incredible and checked all of the boxes I had described. I would not have been able to find all of these places without his help! He also accompanied me on my tours and took pictures / videos of the units for me to reference later if needed.

Story time! I was moving to Denver and was really struggling to find a safe and affordable apartment. I was talking to a resident at a complex to get insight on costs, then ran into a woman who overheard my conversation. The woman pulled me aside and said she’d love to help me find my new home! Gina Pettenon was that amazing lady and I cannot thank her enough! She helped me find a great home with ease and took so much of the stress off of me.
